The car models shown on our website are for example purposes only and may be exchanged for others with similar characteristics. We never guarantee a brand, colour, model or type of fuel.
Returns outside office hours are possible with prior authorization. The renter is responsible for the car at all times, even when leaving it outside these hours.
It is strictly forbidden to take the vehicle to Formentera or any other place outside the island of Ibiza. Any penalties resulting from non-compliance will be borne by the holder of the vehicle rental contract.
Once the rental has started, refunds are only made for reasons of force majeure, for example, death of a first-degree relative.
The maximum duration per reservation is 30 days.
The minimum age required is 23 years old and a driver's license of at least 3 years' standing.
For drivers under 23 years of age, a young driver fee of €10 per day applies (only applicable to groups A, B, C, D and G)
The minimum age required for groups F, H, I, K, L, M and N is 25 years old. It is not possible to rent to these younger groups.

Requirements for renting
Age:
- For groups A, B, C, D, E 23 years old and 3 years of driving license
- For groups F, G, H, H1, H2, H3 25 years old and 3 years of driving license
- For groups H4, I2, I3 27 years old and 5 years of driving license
- For group T 25 years old with type A license and 3 years of seniority
Documentation:
- Valid passport/ID.
- Valid driving license with the required seniority valid for driving in Spain
Credit card:
A block will be placed on the credit card for the amount of the deductible of the group of the contracted vehicle. This block will be cancelled once the contract has ended, provided that the vehicle is returned at the time, place and under the agreed conditions.

- Group D / E / F: €850
- Group G/H/K: 1000€
- Group I / J / L: € 1100
- Group M/N: €1800
SCDW (No Deductible Insurance)
- Full coverage without deductible (SCDW) except wheels, clutch, loss / theft or damage to keys, theft loss or damage to personal items transported in the vehicle, fuel
- With this extra the client is exempt from paying a deductible in case of damage to the vehicle.
- No block will be placed on the credit card.

- Group A / B / C: €15/day
- Group D / E / F: €18/day
- Group G / H / K: €18/day
- Group I / J / L: €26/day
- Group M/N: €36/day
FUEL POLICY:
The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as when delivered. Otherwise, the fuel consumed will be charged + €20 for the refueling service.
EXTRAS:
- Comprehensive coverage without deductible (SCDW)
- Airport return delivery: €25
- Baby seats and booster seats €6/day
- Additional driver 6€/day
- Young driver groups A / B / C: € 10 per day (under 23, over 21).
Not included:
Damage caused by reckless driving or driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
Fine Management Fees: €60 per fee. This fee will be charged if you receive a traffic fine during your rental. Please note that this fee does not cover the amount of the fine.
Tow truck expenses for accidents and breakdowns due to driver negligence, improper parking and/or removal of the vehicle by the authorities due to improper use.
No insurance covers damages caused inside the vehicle
Missing items in the car such as a boot tray, triangle or other accessories.
Refueling with the wrong type of fuel (450 euros) or loss/theft/damage of keys (according to manufacturer's cost)
Smoking inside the vehicle (60 euros)
Seat burns (450 euros)
In the case of convertible vehicles: No insurance covers breakage of the hood or rear window. The customer is responsible for the full cost of the repair.
Transport of animals (150 euros)
Use of the vehicle for taxi service (2000 euros)
Return to wrong place

Cancellations, No Shows and Reservation Changes
Cancellations are free of charge up to 2 DAYS before the date and time of delivery of the vehicle. The total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If you do not collect the vehicle on the agreed date and time, and/or cannot provide us with the necessary documentation, and/or do not have a credit card with sufficient funds, we reserve the right not to deliver the vehicle to you.
No Show
It is considered "No show" when:
You want to cancel your reservation, but you do not inform us before the rental start date.
Failure to pick up the vehicle on the agreed date and time.
You are unable to provide us with the necessary documentation to be able to pick up the vehicle.
If you do not arrive at the established time
In these cases the amount paid will not be refunded.
Modification of reservation
Changes in date/time/location may result in changes in prices.
Cancellation of a reservation must be requested in writing to the email reservas@autosunion.com
Our prices are set based on the pick-up and drop-off date and time stated in your booking. If you return the vehicle earlier or pick it up later than the stated time, we will not refund any unused hours.
How to pick up the vehicle at the airport:
Picking up the car
You will find the car in the public parking P1n of the airport, located in front of the arrivals terminal.
Upon arrival you will receive a message with the exact space and vehicle details.
The cost of parking will be borne by the client.
Returning the car
You simply have to return the car in the same parking area where you picked it up at the time agreed in the contract.
Once the rental has started, no refunds will be made, except in the case of force majeure (death of a first-degree family member).
